Chef Classic Casserole with Lid 18/10 Stainless Steel

The Chef Classic (Professional Cookware) range is made from 18/10 Stainless Steel and is suitable to be used on gas, electric, induction and vitro-ceramic (halogen) cook tops, with an 18/10 Stainless Steel sandwich bottom, which is a layer of aluminum between 2 layers of steel which will always allow the optimal heat diffusion, favoring, saving energy and even cooking.

The Chef Classic range offers excellent resistance to corrosion and to food acids and salts. The steel is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic. It maintains the natural flavor of the cooked food.
